Vested Law obtained dismissal of a patent infringement lawsuit again our client G-Stage in Case No. 16CV0760-H-RBB, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
The lawsuit was filed March 31, 2016 by plaintiff Landmark Technology, LLC, and alleged that shopping bag transactions on the client’s website infringed United States Patent No. 6,289,319.
Defendant G-Stage, represented by Vested’s Todd R. Miller and Dane C. Butzer, paid nothing to the Plaintiff.
