Todd has worked with some of the world’s leading technology companies to help them cultivate, protect, and monetize their assets. He is also an international speaker and author with over 20 publications on intellectual property in multiple languages.

John E. Swallow

A former state Chief Legal Officer (Attorney General) and elected lawmaker, John creates and executes strategies for positive government outcomes in all areas, including legislation, investigations, limited permits, consumer protection, privacy and compliance. John also handles complex litigation, contracts and transactions, representing privately-held companies in all business sectors. As an entrepreneur and corporate general counsel, John understands business and results. A popular public speaker, he also provides keynotes and executive/company training on preventing and navigating the new social-media phenomenon of weaponized allegations.

Steven Rinehart

Steven is a registered patent attorney licensed before the State of Utah, Commonwealth of Virginia, and US Patent and Trademark Office. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Utah, and did his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University (BYU). Steven has founded and sold several companies. He has filed hundreds of patent and trademarks applications and handled numerous IP litigation matters in federal courts around the county, including the PTAB, TTAB, and ITC.
